The Escola de Moda Lisboa’s 2004 fashion show at the Cordoaria Nacional was a very interesting event, held in a historic space which, due to its architectural importance, offered a unique setting for the presentation of the collections. The Cordoaria is known for its history in the production of ropes and sails, which gave the fashion show an industrial and artistic character.
The students showed creations that reflected both innovation and tradition, incorporating a variety of materials and techniques. The rustic and authentic setting contributed to an engaging atmosphere, allowing the designers to experiment with new ideas in an environment that celebrates Portugal’s cultural heritage.
